Poop Like a Boss started as many campaigns do… talking shit (literally). After chatting with some fellow female coworkers, we realized we were all uncomfortable pooping in the office. Rather than breaking the glass ceiling we were too busy hiding on the porcelain throne. Needless to say, this made for an interesting, but much-needed, campaign.


During the TracyLocke Cannes open brief, I presented this concept to senior creative leadership and it was chosen to be presented at the TL Creative Retreat. Not only was I asked to attend and present the idea, I was the only account person invited. #HumbleBrag
